🌿 DCSW Rally – Something for Everyone!
DCSW is delighted to welcome you to this fantastic rally site, perfectly located for exploring the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside. Whether you enjoy walking, cycling, fishing, wildlife or simply relaxing, there is plenty to see and do right on our doorstep!
🚶 Walk, Cycle & Fish Along the Canal
The beautiful Gloucester & Sharpness Canal runs alongside the park, with 14 miles of towpath to explore. The route offers a mixture of gravel, tarmac and tracks, making it ideal for leisurely walks and cycling adventures.
🚴 Perfect for Cyclists
National Cycle Route 41 runs right outside the entrance to the park and follows the canal all the way to Gloucester. Sharpness is just 4 miles away, while Gloucester is approximately 10 miles away.
🎣 Enjoy the Peace & Privacy
Although the canal runs right beside the park, there is no direct access from the camping pitches, helping to keep the site secure and private for our guests. Canal access is available via Shepherds Patch Bridge, close to the main entrance.
🦆 Slimbridge Wetland Centre on Your Doorstep!
One of the highlights has to be Slimbridge Wetland Centre, which is just a 5-minute walk from the main gate. Simply leave the site, turn left, cross the canal bridge and follow the road to the centre.
🌳 A Great Base for Exploring
With the canal, cycle routes, countryside and Slimbridge Wetland Centre all within easy reach, this is a rally not to be missed! Come along, enjoy the great outdoors, explore the local area and make the most of your stay with DCSW.
