  1. Our Commitment

DCCCuk is a small, member-led non-profit organisation and does not employ staff. Nevertheless, we are committed to:

  • Acting transparently and ethically in all dealings
  • Respecting human rights and individual freedoms
  • Working only with reputable venues, sites, and suppliers
  • Challenging and reporting concerns relating to modern slavery or exploitation
  1. Camping and Caravanning Context

When organising camping and caravanning events, DCCCuk will:

  • Use recognised and reputable campsite operators where possible
  • Expect site owners, suppliers, and service providers to comply with applicable employment and safeguarding laws
  • Avoid knowingly supporting any activity linked to forced labour, exploitation, or human trafficking
  1. Responsibilities

5.1 The Management Committee is responsible for overseeing compliance with this policy.

5.2 Members and volunteers are expected to:

  • Remain vigilant to potential signs of exploitation
  • Raise concerns confidentially with the Management Committee
  • Cooperate with any investigation where appropriate
  1. Reporting Concerns
